We cannot believe we have come to the end of another week – doesn’t time fly when you’ve been having lots of fun?!

Room 5 have been working hard this week on consolidation and extending their knowledge of using and calculating different amounts of money. We worked with our friends to make amounts and we had the challenge of using as little coins as possible! Keep working at home on identifying coins and adding these together to make different amounts!

We have also been working very hard on ensuring that we are showing kindness, care and compassion to each other in the classroom. Our kindness cups have been filled up with lots of positive, kind and caring language that we can use when being kind. Discuss with your family and friends at home what words and actions we should be using to fill up our kindness cups.

A reminder that Room 5 will be building their castles on MONDAY 10th February so please ensure you bring to school your bag of paper/card recyclable materials in order to build your castle.
