This week In Room 16

We have been working hard during literacy and numeracy. During numeracy we have been learning about how to double numbers using partitioning. Also, during literacy we have also written our final drafts on our Koala Information reports.

For Book week we have been designing our very own Bookmarks as part of the school competition to show our love for reading. The children have also been reading at home as part of their homework this week and the pictures have been great, I’m so happy to see the children reading outside of the school.

For Children in Need we have been learning all about this and designing and making our very own Pudsey bear ears. We have also participated in a short dance-athon in the classroom which was great fun.

Just a gentle reminder that all of the school Christmas lunches must be handed in by Monday please, all children have been given a little slip, thank you,

Have a lovely weekend,

Miss Reid/Mrs Reilly
