On Friday 26th November, our Junior Road Safety Officers held a fabulous ‘Be Bright’ Day in the school and nursery. Our pupils learned about staying safe by the roads in winter by dressing brightly so that they can be seen. We encouraged all pupils to dress in bright/reflective clothing and accessories to raise awareness of this and each class, across the nursery and school, completed different activities too. The brightest dressed pupil from each class was awarded with one of our ‘Brightest Dressed’ goody bags and a certificate, while our nursery pupils each received a Ziggy reflective sticker for their efforts. Our staff got on board too, with some winning prizes too!
Take a look through our photos to see a selection of our brightest pupils and their hard work. Well done everyone! π
