Knights and Sukkah’s ✏️😁

Halloween excitement is building in Room 5 and we have already started putting up some fun decorations! 🎃 We can’t wait to celebrate in class next Friday.

This week we took advantage of the lovely sunshine (although cold!) and ventured outside, to work in teams, to build Sukkah huts. These huts are created during the Jewish festival of Sukkot. We think they look pretty good!

We also made fantastic Knights for our class topic. Firstly, we coloured in the body parts, then cut them out and finally put them together again with little pins. The special pins help the arms and legs move which makes them look real.

This week, we also announced our Star Writer. She wrote a fantastic narrative piece in which she described a forest setting. Her handwriting was beautiful and she remembered to put in the appropriate punctuation. Well done superstar! 🌟
