Marvellous Mackintosh Art

As part of our topic, Glasgow, we have been learning about Charles Rennie Mackintosh and his style of design.

We created a piece of art based on his famous ‘Glasgow Rose’ design. We began creating our art on World Maths Day and learned how to use compasses to create the rose and rulers for measuring and drawing straight lines.

We think they look marvellous!
