of Industry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Businesses exist to produce different goods and services and as such exist in different sectors of industry.\u00a0 There are 3 main sectors as shown in the which exist in the <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">primary sector<\/span><\/strong> of industry are those that are concerned with using <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">natural resources<\/span> <\/strong>such as<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>farming<\/li>\n<li>oil drilling<\/li>\n<li>mining<\/li>\n<li>fishing<\/li>\n<li>forestry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/public\/n4businessmanagement\/uploads\/sites\/10340\/2023\/02\/28151048\/farming.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft #ff0000\">growing products<\/span><\/strong> or <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">extracting resources<\/span><\/strong> from the ground.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Secondary Sector<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Businesses which exist in the <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>secondary <\/strong><\/span>or <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">manufacturing<\/span> <\/strong>sector of industry are concerned with the <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">making of products<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0 Manufacturing businesses can take the raw materials from other industries in the primary sector and convert them into different products.<\/p>\n<p>For example Kellogg\u2019s will purchase crops from farmers to manufacture breakfast cereal.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Tertiary Sector<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Businesses which exist in the <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">tertiary<\/span> <\/strong>sector do not produce a product.\u00a0 They are concerned with providing services like banking, tourism, beauticians, hairdressers, fitness centres and entertainment like film and
