Department Interaction

The Operations Department is dependent on other departments in the organisation if it is to run smoothly.  The following departments will assist with:

Marketing Department

  • Will decide the correct types of packaging to appeal to customers
  • The will find our what the customers needs are wants are.
  • They will research and develop of products and get feedback from customers

 

 

 

 


Finance Department 

  • Will decided which suppliers to use to supplier the operation departments
  • The department will also set budgets for market, finance and operations departments
  • They will also pay the bills of the market, finance and operations departments

 

 

 

 


Human Resources Department

  • Will recruit and select staff  to work within the market, finance and operations department
  • They will train or organising training for staff in the market, finance and operations department
  • They will get involved on disputes/grievances involving staff from market, finance and operations department

 

 

 

 


Operations Department

  • The operations department will then make the products that the Marketing department have researched that customers will want
  • The operations department will edit upgrade and change products based on customer feedback
