Skills already developed How will I use these How do I know (evidence)**
Self confidence  Self confidence will enable me to express opinions I have to fellow classmates in order begin discussions upon a subject. Furthermore, confidence will help me engage with children within a classroom setting as I will have the ability to speak in front of a class coherently and without apprehension.
Act as a leader  Acting as a leader will help me with group work as I will be able to take a lead within tasks, thus helping with my own understanding of specific areas. Also it will give me a presence in a teaching setting as I feel I am a natural leader thus helping pupils understand boundaries between the teacher pupil relationship.
Team work  Team work will be used within group tasks such as discussions, and will allow me to not only present my own ideas but give constructive comments upon a peers personal opinions. Within a school setting it will help me engage with fellow teachers in order to access an individual students potential through the means of conversing with staff who may know a student.
Share opinions confidently  Sharing my opinions gives me an opportunity in group activities to not only voice my own opinion but to also receive a peers response to my opinion, thus broadening my horizons and allowing me to view areas of focus in a different light.

Skills not yet developed How will I develop these How do I know (evidence)**
Manage time  I will create a personal diary and set personal goals I wish to achieve in order to improve my time management. A diary/timetable of things I need to complete will help me manage my time between work, study, sport and my social life.
Be creative  I feel being creative is either something you have or you don’t; in light of this I feel I can not completely develop my lack of creativity. However I feel I could approach tasks with a more open mind and listen to others on the course that may be more creative and use their ideas in order to develop my own methods.
Build social networks  I will engage with my ePortfolio to the fullest in order to improve my IT skills. furthermore I will try and make all online content I publish more accessible and enjoyable to read, thus allowing people to fully engage with my ideas.
Take risks  I feel that taking risks can be a deficit as much as it can be an advantage to a persons personality. therefore, I feel that my current risk management is ample for this current time in the course.
Organise and plan  I will keep diaries and timetables for all my subjects and activities and try my best to play days ahead in order to reduce the chance of me getting left behind in any of my endeavours.

** This section should be completed as you identify when/where/how you have used/developed these skills.
