This week Angela has been providing lots of opportunities to encounter and explore numbers in outdoor play activities.  These have been really popular with the children and it has been great to watch those, whose knowledge of number is really well developed, helping the wee ones who are just beginning to recognise numbers.  The numbers she has put on the bikes and cars are great and some children have really picked up on these and refer to the cars by number!
