\nThis professional learning initiative by the University of Edinburgh in partnership with the British Council and Learning for Sustainability Scotland, is a timely opportunity for teachers to grapple with\u00a0<\/span>what Learning for Sustainability means<\/span><\/strong>, what existing and new skills and knowledge are required, and how this might all look in the your school context. Connecting directly with\u00a0<\/span>Curriculum for Excellence<\/span><\/strong>, involvement will enable you to effectively plan for and implement Learning for Sustainability approaches in your school.<\/span><\/p>\n

This programme offers\u00a0teachers the opportunity to engage and collaborate<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0over a\u00a0ten week period which includes two full day face to face sessions at the beginning and at the end of the period, supported by fortnightly inputs from online materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

Teachers who successfully complete the programme will be\u00a0eligible to apply for overseas study visits<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0to partner schools in other countries. Learning can be used to strengthen international links at your school,\u00a0<\/span>enriching teaching and learning<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0through partnerships and joint projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

The professional learning is fully funded<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
