Enquiry empowers you to<br \/>\nfind out why you do what you do<\/li>\n<li>It supports you in conversation with learners, parents and carers and<br \/>\ncolleagues. Sharing is a crucial aspect of enquiry<\/li>\n<li>It generates more questions and more learning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Next steps in your enquiry<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Consider ideas for your enquiry<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>What is your hunch? (what is contributing to the situation you want to change?)<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #008000\"><strong>Are there any opportunities for collaboration?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Following your enquiry you are invited to submit a short reflective piece detailing your enquiry, this will be used to help share practice.
