Today we had a very special visit from the \u2018Cycling Without Age\u2019 team. The children each had a turn on Gordon\u2019s three-wheel cycle with a passenger cab at the front that is motor assisted. Gordon made this a fun experience shouting out directions, going fast then slow as well as asking the children to shout \u2018stop\u2019 and the \u2018go\u2019 when they were ready.<\/p>\n

The Cycling Without Age team help people to get out into nature and regain social connection. Their work also helps to build bridges between generations and reinforces trust, respect and community. The volunteers and passengers alike enjoy the physical and emotional well-being benefits.<\/p>\n
