{"id":263,"date":"2024-08-12T11:26:05","date_gmt":"2024-08-12T10:26:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/largsearlyyears\/?page_id=263"},"modified":"2024-11-25T19:44:52","modified_gmt":"2024-11-25T19:44:52","slug":"wow-wall","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/largsearlyyears\/our-nursery\/childrens-achievements\/wow-wall\/","title":{"rendered":"WOW Wall"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Not all learning takes place in nursery, so we have a \u2018WOW Wall\u2019 which displays children\u2019s achievements outside of nursery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do I let the nursery know of a WOW moment?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can upload a picture\/pictures of the achievement onto <strong>seesaw <\/strong>and caption it with a sentence to explain briefly why you are proud of your child.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Examples of WOW moments you might like to tell us about include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learning how to ride a bike.<\/li>\n<li>Being brave with an injury.<\/li>\n<li>Moving up a class or receiving a certificate at a club e.g. swimming gymnastics.<\/li>\n<li>Sleeping in their own bed.<\/li>\n<li>Climbing a hill or walking far.<\/li>\n<li>Helping with chores at home.<\/li>\n<li>Learning a new skill.<\/li>\n<li>Getting dress independently.<\/li>\n<li>Trying something new for the first time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Every achievement is important and we want to celebrate them together.
