Suitable Clothing<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n

Children have the best fun when they are doing messy work.\u00a0 We will always try to make sure that they wear aprons, but accidents happen.\u00a0 Please dress your child in suitable clothing\/footwear. Please write your child’s name on their jacket and LEYC clothing.<\/span><\/p>\n

This is a great way to save your children\u2019s \u2018good\u2019 clothes however please note that uniforms are not mandatory. <\/strong>Please write or label your child\u2019s belongings so these don\u2019t get mixed up with others. At the end of nursery year we will display any uniforms that have been donated if you wish to take any.<\/p>\n

We also ask that you leave a change of clothes<\/span> on your child\u2019s peg in case of any \u2018little accidents\u2019.\u00a0 We have spare clothes within the centre if needed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Outdoor play is a large part of children\u2019s day so we ask that your child has suitable outdoor clothing <\/span>however we have welly boots and suits that can be used.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If you wish your child to wear plimsolls or soft-shoes, please leave them on their peg\/box, and don\u2019t forget to put their name inside the shoes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

North Ayrshire Council\u2019s dress code policy also does not allow children in educational establishments to wear football strips.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
