Our School has been open since August 2011, we were so proud to have four schools; Hillhead, Dowanhill, Kelvinhaugh and Willowbank that were brought \u00a0together to create the wonderfully vibrant community that we have now.<\/p>\n
In this time we have retained the \u2018Guiding Principles\u2019 of RESPECT, SHINE and EXPLORE (represented on our school badge) alongside our four school values Respect<\/em><\/strong>, Honesty<\/em><\/strong>, Courage<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and Fairness.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>We feel that now is the right time to pause and reflect on how our school community should be represented once again. We want to include all of our key stakeholders in this process, pupils, parents and staff. We would be delighted if you were able to take time to help us find a 5th<\/sup>\u00a0Value to add to the four strong ones we already have and in time provide your views that will guide us to develop a new school Vision.<\/p>\n All classes now display a poster of our existing values<\/a>. Pupils have also completed a lesson which encouraged discussion of the meaning of our existing values and an opportunity to suggest a possible 5th<\/sup> Value.\u00a0 You can view the content of this lesson here<\/a>.
