What next?

In terms of reading attitudes and professional enquiry, I intend to read further around this area and assess the impact of the changes made upon the children attending, through exploration of pupil voice.

Now that I have had a taste of research I have applied to do a further piece of research with the EIS based upon practitioner wellbeing. I am still waiting to find out whether I have been accepted to receive funding to support this enquiry.

Lastly, I have recently applied to another Education Scotland PL programme which is ‘Aspiring to Middle Leadership’, which I am also waiting to hear back from. I do like the idea of participating within the critical friends programme in order to support other practitioners in their journeys.
