Reporting Bugs and Problems<\/h3>\n

If you think you have found an issue or problem with the blog service it is worth looking at out Known Issues<\/a>
\nNew Issues & Workarounds<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you need to report an issue you need raise it through your Local Authority with the RM help desk.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reporting Problems – Details<\/h3>\n

It can help or Support and Developer Team if you take screenshots of problems that you find.
\nIt is also a good idea to include the URL (web address) of the blog you have an issue with.<\/p>\n

Finally if you know the operating system, for example Windows 10, and browser, Chrome 30, and versions these can help.<\/p>\n

If you do not know how to take a screenshot\u00a0 you might find http:\/\/www.take-a-screenshot.org\/<\/a>\u00a0or WordPress.com’s Advice<\/a>\u00a0helpful.<\/a><\/p>\n

\nForgotten username or password<\/strong><\/summary>\n

Your RM Unify Admin, who may be in your establishment or Local Authority, will be able to help.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nI need to access a blog where I do not have a role. For example you have moved school<\/strong>.<\/summary>\n

An Admin of the blog should be able to add you. Adding Users, Setting Roles | Glow Blog Help<\/a><\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nNo one in school can access a blog (perhaps staff have moved or retired)<\/strong><\/summary>\n

You need to get your Local Authority to raise a call with the RM help desk.<\/p>\n

Make sure you include the usernames you want added to a blog and the URL of the blog.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nI can log on to Glow but I can\u2019t access a blog where I have a role<\/strong>.<\/summary>\n

If you have just be added to the blog, get an admin for the blog check you have been added in the right way. If you are showing as NOT LOGGED IN YET, see this tip<\/a>. If that doesn\u2019t help you need to get your Local Authority to raise a call with the RM help desk.<\/p>\n
