e-Portfolios. Selecting e-Portfolios will automatically activate the&nbsp;e-portfolio plugin. The pupils will be the administrator. The teacher creating the sites will not have a role on the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Next Steps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The pupils can find their new site in the <strong>My Sites<\/strong> page linked to\u00a0\u00a0from the LA blog home page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The newly created blogs will be completely private. To make the accessible to the pupils teachers and class mates there are two different approaches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They should either make the blog Glow Only in settings-&gt;reading.\u00a0More information on <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/glowbloghelp\/privacy-settings-wp4\/\">privacy settings<\/a>.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternatively, pupils could keep their blog private, adding their teacher and any other potential visitors\u00a0to their blog as users.\u00a0See <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/glowbloghelp\/adding-users-setting-roles\/\">adding users setting roles<\/a> for more information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>We would recommend that teachers\u00a0\u00a0follow their\u00a0pupils e-Portfolios once they have access to them. This can result in a build up of blogs in a Teacher&#8217;s  My Sites page.
