The Care Inspectorate published a new quality framework for daycare of children, childminding and school-aged childcare in March this year, informing the sector that they would use the framework in inspections from 1 June 2022.  They have posted this  Bitesize Introduction to new ELC Quality Framework which gives more information about the framework.
