These videos aim to first support parents and carers to understand the nature of stress and anxiety, introduce some theoretical models and then provide practical ways to help. These videos cover: how our bodies and brains respond to stress; challenging unhelpful thoughts; resilience and how we can help to build it; stress and anxiety management; self-care and relaxation.
