(This is now 24 hours and can be called for advice)

Call 0800 83 85 87 to talk to Breathing Space (external website). The service is open 24 hours at weekends (6pm Friday to 6am Monday) and 6pm to 2am on weekdays (Monday to Thursday). This is only available for people living in Scotland. Website text access M-F 6pm to 2 am. Not only suicide concerns.
