Making choices and decisions is an integral part of life and can be developed and learned. It is therefore important that children begin to develop an understanding as well as relevant skills in order to grow in confidence to make choices and decisions.<\/p>\n

How I Feel When Things Change<\/a><\/p>\n

These activities will help children to become aware of the changes that happen around them and that these form part of our lives. Children will explore some of the feelings they may have when they experience change and identify strategies to help them deal with these.<\/p>\n
