The purpose of this course is to:
-consider the importance of professional courage
-explore ways in which challenging conversations can be approached, leading to a positive outcome
-reflect on the resilience required to manage this aspect of leadership

Participants will have:
-clearer understanding of GTCS professional values and personal commitment and their application in leading challenging conversations
-increased knowledge of a range of strategies to use in order to successfully manage challenging conversations
