The purpose of this course is to:
-understand what you and others value and what you think is important
-improve communications and relationships with those around you
-identify other people’s strengths, and how these strengths can support work performance
-learn how to distinguish between warranted and unwarranted conflict and how to aid conflict resolution

Success criteria:
-understanding of others’ behaviour in terms of their motivation
-ability to communicate in a way which others will value
-understanding the positive potential and significance of the seven motivational behaviours
-identification of ways of maximising win/win interactions with colleagues
