The Commission is responsible for the Integrated Children&#8217;s Services Plan (ICSP), the Corporate Parenting Plan and the Children&#8217;s Rights Plan. These are statutory plans under the Children and Young People (Scotland) Act 2014 &#8211; Part 3 Children&#8217;s Services Planning, Part 9 Corporate Parenting and Part 1 Children&#8217;s Rights. The new ICSP is being developed with young people. The Wider Commission is a key forum that will support the development of services for children and young people.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Falkirk Community Planning Partnership<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Community planning is how public bodies work together with local communities, to design and deliver better services that make a real difference to people&#8217;s lives.<\/p>\n<p>Community Planning brings partners together from communities and all services; public, private and third sector. A Community Planning Partnership (or CPP) is the name given to those who come together to take part in community planning. The CPP focuses on where partner&#8217;s collective efforts and resources can add the most value to their local communities, with particular emphasis on reducing inequality.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.falkirk.gov.uk\/services\/council-democracy\/policies-strategies\/community-planning.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Falkirk Community Planning Partnership<\/a> is responsible for producing two types of plan to describe our local priorities and planned improvements under the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015, Part 2:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Local Outcomes Improvement Plan &#8211; known in Falkirk as the SOLD<\/li>\n<li>Locality Plans &#8211; smaller plans for identified areas in the CPP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The SOLD has 4 priorities and 6 outcomes. The CPP has 6 sub groups which deliver on the SOLD outcomes, one of the sub groups is.
