\nMoved to Falkirk Council as a Residential Childcare Worker
\nCompleted half a PGC in Supervision
\nProgressed to a Supervisory Worker (Residential)
\nCurrently completing SVQ Level 4
\nAiming to complete PGC in Supervision.<\/p>\n

Left school, began work on a SkillSeeker 2 year placement.
\nCompleted SVQ Level 2.
\nCompleted her SkillSeeker and worked as a Casual Social Care Worker for 2 months.
\nSuccessfully applied for a temporary post, there for around 9 months. Successfully applied for a permanent post.
\nCompleted SVQ Level 3.Completed training relating to covering senior posts.
\nBegan doing senior cover.
\nApplied for a temporary post to cover a senior, successful, in role for just under a year.
\nSuccessfully applied for a permanent senior’s post.
\nAiming to start SVQ Level 4 soon.<\/p>\n

The service is person-centred and needs-led, meaning we work with you to support you into employment in a way that works for you. You may need a more tailored training and support service due to your current circumstances and we can ensure you get all the specialist support and advice needed to move into the right job at the right time.<\/p>\n
