Equality and Diversity are very sensitive and legal issues and they are required for every professional.  As a person, everybody deserves to have respect as it is also considered a polite way of dealing with each other. Today, I took part inequality and diversity test online and read lots of issues which are vital to be acknowledged in our society. We are living in a multicultural and vibrant society. As a student and future professional, I found this test very informing and beneficial to my development.
