Rec 10: <\/b>The Scottish Government and Education Scotland, working with specialists in Career Long Professional Learning<\/b>, will develop learning resources <\/b>to support HWB\/PSE that are accessible to all teachers <\/b>and school staff in Scotland.<\/b><\/p>\n

Recommendation 15 <\/b>– Ensure that the role of guidance\/pupil support\/pastoral care\/career guidance teachers is recognised and promoted<\/b> in the implementation of any new career pathways for teachers.<\/p>\n

A number of consultations and discussions have taken place with The Scottish Guidance Association and The University of Aberdeen in order to co-design a professional learning offer for teachers, by teachers.<\/p>\n

This is a responsive approach to meeting the needs of the profession and as a result, two professional learning programmes have been designed. Both programmes are currently being piloted by Local Authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
