On Saturday 7th November the ASLS Scottish Studies Conference will take place in Glasgow. Dedicated to exploring aspects of the SQA Scottish Studies Award and how components could be delivered in schools, the conference will have wide appeal for all secondary practitioners with an interest in Scottish aspects of their own Subject areas.
Education Scotland’s Scots Language Co-ordinator Dr Simon Hall will explore the new Scots Language hub area of the Education Scotland website and the resources that the team have developed to support the Scots Language Award, a unit of which can be used as part of the Scottish Studies Award.
