Safer Internet Day 2017

small-safer-internet-dayJoin Police Scotland on ‘Safer Internet Day’, Tuesday 7th February at 10.45am to find out more about Cyber Safety. They will be providing information and tips on how to stay safe on line and what to look out for.

They will use information from their Choices For Life (CFL) website and the UK Safer Internet Centre which can be accessed both at school and at home. During the session you can ask them any cyber safety questions that are concerning you or you are interested in finding out more about.

Choices – A New Resource for S3-S6

Small - Choices New Resource LaunchYou are invited to attend the launch of CHOICES – a new interactive film where you decide how the story unfolds!

CHOICES is the latest resource from www.choicesforlifeonline.org, a diversionary initiative delivered on behalf of Scottish Government, providing information about substance misuse for young people aged 11-18. Aimed at the S3-S6 age group, CHOICES focuses on risks surrounding New Psychoactive Substances (sometimes mistakenly called ‘legal highs’) and alcohol.
