Are you working with STEM Central to explore the role of STEM subjects in sustainability. Or looking ahead to the implementation of Senior Phase, and planning for learning and teaching around Energy Security for learners working towards new national qualifications in Environmental Science, Science or Physics.

Is the future interconectedness?

  1. At Bucksburn Academy we are about to start a Comenius project with several European countries on Re-thinking Energy. (Awaitung approval from the North Sea Commision). We recently held a conference in our school to bring together expertise from the energy sector. We had a tremendous response with 134 people attending. We will investigate renewable energies in Scotland and deliver case studies on our findings. Our European partners will do the same in their countries. We will meet and discuss findings.

This sounds very interesting! It would be great if you could make a post about what you have been doing on our STEM Central in Motion Blog: https://blogs.glowscotland.org.uk/glowblogs/STEMcentralinmotion/

You will find instructions on how to do this here: https://blogs.glowscotland.org.uk/glowblogs/STEMcentralinmotion/how-to-add-a-post/

    Thanks,
    Sarah
