Holyrood’s Youth Enterprise event is fast approaching, taking place at the Scottish Youth Theatre in Glasgow on 8 September.

Scotland’s Enterprising Schools is proud to be a part of the event which promises to be an innovative forum to explore how we can encourage and support innovation and enterprise in young people to improve skills, employability and economic development in Scotland.

Young Enterprise Scotland Chief Executive Geoff Leask will be on stage at the event speaking about the Enterprising Schools project and how it aims to empower young people through an educational system that has a CAN DO spirit with entrepreneurship and enterprise at its core.

Joining Geoff on the day will be pupils from one of Scotland’s Enterprising Schools’ pilot schools, Bonhill Primary, who will have a stand at the conference. They will be showing the delegates the enterprise activities they have been involved in as part of the project, which you can read more about on the Scotland’s Enterprising Schools online resource.
