Find out more <a href=\"https:\/\/education.gov.scot\/improvement\/dyw31stepping-up\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemplar 2: \u2018Thinking Digitally\u2019 \u2013 a new resource <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This credit rate module by Lead Scotland allows candidates to develop relevant digital skills and build confidence operating in online environments.\u00a0 More on this <a href=\"https:\/\/education.gov.scot\/improvement\/Pages\/dlt7thinking-digitally.aspx\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemplar 3:\u00a0 \u2018TOPs\u2019 \u2013 training opportunities for young parents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This programme run by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rathboneuk.org\/#location=scotland\">Rathbone Training<\/a>, a UK-wide voluntary youth sector organisation which supports young people aged 16 to 24 who have disengaged from society, aims to help young parents in their personal development. More <a href=\"https:\/\/education.gov.scot\/improvement\/Pages\/dyw28rathbone-tops.aspx\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemplar 4: \u2018Community Action and Leadership Award<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a course created by the charity Lead Scotland so that more people can learn how to influence change and make a difference within their communities.
