\"\"<\/a>Developing learners’ skills is high on the agenda\u00a0at Larbert High School.\u00a0 The\u00a0leadership team\u00a0have adopted a\u00a0systematic approach to enhancing young peoples’\u00a0skills for life and work and\u00a0implemented a holistic ‘Skills Framework’ across all aspects of the curriculum.\u00a0\u00a0The school uses\u00a0the DYW context to\u00a0offer learners a wide variety of experience and \u00a0pathways\u00a0in order to\u00a0ensure all young people are developing the necessary skills and\u00a0aptitudes\u00a0for a\u00a0positive vision about the futures.\u00a0 Collaboration with both the wider community and employers is elementary to the successful realisation of this goal.<\/p>\n
