They will get a better understanding of the journey from \u201clab to headline\u201d, so they can more confidently judge any research stories they might come across. Equipping children to evaluate what they read and hear is a\u00a0valuable life skill. <a href=\"http:\/\/researchtheheadlines.org\/rewritetheheadlines\/\">http:\/\/researchtheheadlines.org\/rewritetheheadlines\/ <\/a><\/p>\n<p>This competition is being run by the <a href=\"http:\/\/researchtheheadlines.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Research the Headlines <\/a>group, which will run <strong>workshops<\/strong> in participating schools, using recent examples of research reports.
