Career Review
A key part of the Young Person’s Guarantee, the Career Review aims to ensure that career services are fit for purpose and future proofed to meet the demands of a changing world of work.
The review has made 10 recommendations designed to deliver the ambition of Scotland’s Careers Strategy.
These recommendations are based on strong evidence and were co-designed with over 80 young people in Scotland. They build on the success of existing services, presenting an ambitious redesign of the career system.
