Educator Awards Scotland (DEAS) are a new national awards programme designed to recognise and celebrate educators who are using digital technology effectively in teaching, learning, and technology<\/li>\n<li><strong>Encourage sharing of effective approaches<\/strong> across schools and sectors<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support professional learning and career development<\/strong> for staff<\/li>\n<li><strong>Improve outcomes for learners<\/strong> through better use of digital tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who it\u2019s for?<\/h3>\n<p>The awards are <strong>open to anyone working in education<\/strong>, not just teachers. That includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Early years practitioners<\/li>\n<li>School staff (teaching and support)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\">The three award pathways<\/h2>\n<p>Participants choose one of <strong>three pathways<\/strong>, depending on their role and impact:<\/p>\n<h3>1. The dates for the next cohort are on the DEAS website (linked above.) There are several recorded webinars available to watch in the resources section of the DEAS site if you have missed the deadline. Anyone can become a Peer Reviewer provided they have watched the onboarding webinar (available on DEAS site.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><span class=\"jgG6ef C9DxTc \">Do I have to complete the Intel courses or attend the writing retreats?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"zfr3Q CDt4Ke \" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"gBYvFf C9DxTc \">Both are optional.
