We are pleased to give you and your colleagues, an early heads-up on events and resources for high school teachers and students from the 5th<\/sup> Ada Scotland Festival 1-11 October 2024.<\/p>\n

The Ada Scotland Festival<\/a> mission remains to champion gender balance in tech and computing, providing inspiration for our young people and to build a stronger, fairer, more diverse work force now and for the future.\u00a0However, school resources are not just for computing and IT students \u2013 these are designed to support teachers and students across the curriculum to explore journeys in computing and also harness it as a useful tool in the classroom (whatever the subject). Please read on:<\/p>\n

For the Teachers:
\nBoth of these events are relevant across the full curriculum and open to all teachers. The Code Division session has been scheduled to overlap with an In-Service Day (Glasgow schools) to support teacher CPD.<\/strong><\/p>\n
