Increasingly these are for brands or individual \u2018influencers\u2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>These platforms also offer direct messaging and the ability to \u2018tag\u2019 other people in the posts or comments \u2013 usually with @username.<\/p>\n<p>It might be useful to think of these services in the context of their main media:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Twitch &#8211;
