Take the stress out of preparing students for the practical assignment in Software,
Database, and Web Design.
Discover how Ada CS’s systems-lifecycle projects develop key skills and consolidate theory,
ensuring students are assessment-ready.
We’ll demo our new Python project and share an exclusive preview of the upcoming
integrated project. Simplify planning and drive student success.
Session Aims:
The projects on Ada CS have been created to support students with preparing for both the
assignment and question paper on the three practical areas of study: Software design and
development, Database design and development, and Web design and development.
Our full systems lifecycle projects take students through analysis, design, implementation,
testing and evaluation. These are designed to be done over several weeks.
These projects will help students build and develop practical computing skills. Each project
will target a specific set of skills and be linked to relevant theory content to consolidate
learning.
You will:
● Explore the projects we currently have on Ada CS, including our new Python project
● Hear about the upcoming integrated project due to be released soon
● Reflect on how you can use these projects with your own students
This is a great opportunity to get a feel for how to use projects on our platform, and we’re
looking forward to seeing you there!
