This is Cyber Resilience and Internet Safety II professional learning programme

As educators it is our responsibility to ensure our learners are taught how to be cyber resilient and safer online.

This four-part professional learning programme is designed to develop educators’ knowledge of cyber resilience and internet safety skills and knowledge required to support with learners live their best online lives.

The course links in with other Education Scotland cyber resilience resources and training, such as the Teacher Toolkit, Digital Schools Award Scotland and Cyber Resilience Mentors certification.

The four sessions are:
24/01/21 cyber resilience – how to recognise, react and recover from potential online risks

31/01/21 internet safety – how to live a safer, smarter and kinder online life

28/02/21 online risks and harms – how to support children and young people navigate these

07/03/21 cyber security – exploring depth of cyber and next steps for Cyber Mentors
