It identifies the essential knowledge and skills (K&amp;S) that practitioners across all<br \/>\nsectors require within their role to support SLC development for all infants and children.<\/p>\n<p>The matrix can be used by individuals to reflect on their own practice and competency, support supervision conversations and<br \/>\ndirect their learning journey. It can be used by teams to help them reflect on the quality of their environments and promote<br \/>\ncollaboration around SLC.
