This is called the Curriculum Improvement Cycle (CIC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to keeping you informed throughout this work and to giving you a clear sense of what to expect. The refreshed curriculum, which is currently being co\u2011created with teachers, practitioners, partners, and children and young people, will be formally adopted in schools and settings from August 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Draft curriculum guidance is planned for summer 2026. It will provide greater clarity, make the connections between knowledge, skills and understanding more explicit, and improve coherence across learning from age 3 to 18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Quick Round Up<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s a quick round up of the Curriculum Improvement Cycle so far.
