We are very fortunate that our P4-7 children benefit from music sessions with Feis Rois and P1-3 from Kodaly. These focus on traditional Scottish music and song.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"paragraph_rwp61Euh-S4\" dir=\"ltr\"><span id=\"text_rIjUdznL0P5\" class=\"\">There are opportunities in the classroom for role-play and imaginative play. Our children are also encouraged to dramatize their core reading books or to re-tell the story through drama. Children also take part in drama and dance workshops when these are available and several theatre groups, including Eden Court, have visited our school.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Children have the opportunity to perform at the School Christmas Concert, either as a play or a Christmas Sing a long.\u00a0 We also get invited to perform at the Senior Citizens Christmas Lunch.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Whenever possible, Expressive Arts learning activities will be linked to our topics.
