You can either upload a video or paste in the link to a video elsewhere. This needs to be the url to the video <em>file<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>YouTube, Vimeo and other online services do not work in a Video Block you should use the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/blocks\/2023\/08\/15\/embed-2\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"496\">embed block<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/blocks\/2023\/08\/15\/youtube\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"498\">YouTube<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/blocks\/2023\/08\/16\/vimeo\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"506\">Vimeo<\/a> block.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u26a0\ufe0f Using the <strong>Upload<\/strong> button may not embed the video if you publish quickly.
