United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child

Every child, everywhere, has rights.

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) details what these rights are. The UNCRC explains how adults can work together to make sure all children can enjoy their rights.

The Scottish Government asked all local authorities to produce a report the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. This includes work towards embedding the UNCRC within the authority.
