This year, our focus is on ensuring that our young people, parents\/carers and our partners know and understand what &#8216;good&#8217; <em>Trauma Informed Practice<\/em> is and how it looks and feels within the Airport House setting.<\/p>\n<p>The resource that we have been using to embed Trauma Informed Practice within Airport House is <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/public\/airporthouse\/uploads\/sites\/10462\/2024\/10\/02112040\/Roadmap-for-Trauma-Informed-Change-Part-One.pdf\">&#8216;A Roadmap for Creating Trauma-Informed and Responsive Change&#8217;<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As we have been working to embed Trauma-Informed practice further within what we do at Airport House, we have created an easy to read overview of what being &#8216;Trauma-Informed&#8217; looks like in Airport House.
