With over 20 years of experience in all aspect of education, Ollie leads on the LEGO Foundation’s work related to education improvement through the use of technology and play. He was previously headteacher of Kingussie High School.

Kate leads the approach to skills, employment and education (SEE) for the £55bn HS2 programme, delivering objectives of the SEE Strategy, ensuring the supply chain meet their skills and employment requirements, and leading the HS2 education programme.

As Operations Manager for the STEM Ambassador Hub in the West of Scotland, Aileen oversees 2,800 volunteers from industry and academia who inspire young people into STEM subjects as part of the national STEM Learning programme. Prior to entering the education sector in 2001, Aileen worked within the private sector as a hardware design engineer.
Ian is a Senior Education Officer within Education Scotland, the Executive Agency of the Scottish Government responsible for quality and improvement in Scottish education. Ian leads on supporting the science curriculum for 3-18 year olds, and contributes to the development of STEM approaches nationally to support the implementation of the STEM Education and Training Strategy.
