The STEM Nation Award Programme provides a focus for colleagues across a setting to work collegiately to identify, celebrate, promote and develop excellent STEM learning<\/p>\n<p>We thought it may be useful to share a current update on the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/stemnation\/stemnation-awards\/\">STEM Nation Award<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>Registrations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14 organisations have registered as official STEM Nation Award Supporters (<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/stemnation\/stem-nation-award-support\/\">Support Page<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Since January, 33 new settings have registered for the Programme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sessions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Since September 2022, we have hosted 18 STEM Nation Award information sessions for Local Authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Regular Drop In Sessions continue to be scheduled (<a href=\"https:\/\/education.gov.scot\/education-scotland\/news-and-events\/events\/?query=stem\">Events Page<\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Submissions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>February window &#8211; 15 settings submitted evidence \u2013 all of which have been awarded at least one element.<\/li>\n<li>May window &#8211; 6 settings have submitted evidence.<\/li>\n<li>Braes High School (Falkirk) achieved the Full STEM Nation Award in early March.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are very excited by engagement and look forward to more opportunities in the coming months.<\/p>\n<p>There are a range of <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/stemnation\/stemnation-awards\/\">Online Resources<\/a>, to support your registration and engagement in the programme.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The STEM Nation Award Programme is open for ELC settings, Schools and CLD Settings.
