In the dark about IPR?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">A new elearning module from the JISC-led Strategic Content Alliance is available online to help update people dealing with intellectual property rights in universities, colleges, museums, libraries and other public bodies.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">The module will help them understand the implications and roles of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and licensing \u2013 all crucial to their institution\u2019s role as a provider, aggregator and\/or publisher of digital content.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">The module is divided into six learning objects with a range of supporting case studies, video and animation:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: x-small\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">1. Introduction to IPR and licensing<br \/>\n2. Creative Commons licences<br \/>\n3. Orphan works and risk management<br \/>\n4. Digital Economy Act<br \/>\n5. Accessing and using third party content<br \/>\n6.
